Children's Learning Place dedicates large amounts of resources toward the recruitment, development and retention of it's staff. We understand that passionate and experienced educators are the backbone of a child's developmental success. All CLP teachers are trained and certified from well established educational programs. All assistants are matched with certified teachers in classrooms that fit their experience levels. Professional Development for all our staff is not only encouraged, but funded by Children's Learning Place.
CLP maintains a low child to teacher ratio and it's our goal to match our teacher's unique skills and talents to the right classroom so each child receives the optimum benefit from their time in our program.
Our teachers works closely with each child giving nurture, love and guidance. CLP staff are trained to observe the individual interests and needs of each child, demonstrate the correct use of classroom materials, and guide your child into appropriate activities.
